PROFICIENCY TESTING
More and more businesses recognize the need to market
to and reach the buying power of the Spanish-speaking population in this country.
The need for bilingual employees is on the rise. The ability to measure someone's
language skill isn't always easy. With our Two-Part Proficiency Test (oral and
written), we can help you identify your future and present employees'
language skills.
This Proficiency Test will identify if the
financial professional is:
- Fluent: meaning they
can help customers in any and all situations
- Professional: meaning
that they can assist customers in most day-to-day activities, transactions, etc.
- Minimal: meaning that
they can help customers at a very basic level
- Doesn't Pass: can't help...needs
to learn Spanish in order to assist customers
The Outcome Report will identify the level of proficiency
and make recommendations for participants to move up in their test results.
