Cancellations and Wthdrawals
REGISTER EARLY TO HELP AVOID CANCELLATIONS
CFTWS reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient registrations to cover the associated costs. Students will be notified of cancellations by phone or e-mail. It is recommended that you contact the CFTWS office prior to making any travel arrangements to confirm that the program will be held.
WITHDRAWING FROM A PROGRAM
Withdrawals must be submitted on an official CFTWS Withdrawal Form (below) and signed by the student and their Manager or Personnel Director. Tuition is refundable, less a processing fee, for withdrawals received more than 5 business days prior to the start date of the program (unless otherwise noted). NO refund will be given for withdrawals received less than 5 business days prior to the start date of the program. (See official CFTWS Withdrawal Form for a schedule of fees.)
